Deck overview

This deck is a Boros graveyard-attrition and token-aggro deck led by Quintorius, History Chaser. The strategy revolves around using Quintorius as both a card-filtering engine and an army builder. By discarding cards to draw and mill with Quintorius's +1 loyalty ability, the deck fuels its graveyard. It then triggers Quintorius's static ability whenever cards leave the graveyard via flashback spells like Pursue the Past, reanimation tools like Recommission, or repeatable exile outlets like Rubble Rouser and Lorehold Excavation. Each trigger generates a 3/2 Spirit creature token. The deck amplifies these tokens using haste and power boosts from Enduring Courage, double strike from Raphael, the Nightwatcher, or Quintorius's own -4 loyalty ultimate. Opponents face incremental burn from Ark of Hunger and wide combat attacks. Supporting interaction such as Return the Favor, Untimely Malfunction, and Starfall Invocation provides flexible disruption while the token army overwhelms the table across multiple combat phases.
