The Undying Legion by drugxdoctor

Format: Commander

Commander: Liesa, Forgotten Archangel

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Liesa, Forgotten Archangel is the engine: a flying lifelinker that returns your own nontoken creatures to hand when they die and exiles opposing creatures instead. The deck plays midrange Angel combat, using life gain to draw cards and grow creatures, then wins with repeated flying attacks or token Angel swarms. Secondary paths are Shadrix Silverquill's double-strike/threshold pressure, Grievous Wound life subtraction, and enchantment token engines such as Divine Visitation and Sigil of the Empty Throne. Liesa, Shroud of Dusk in the 99 acts as a supporting hidden commander and spell-tax piece. There is no double-faced commander, so no face-choice distinction matters. The plan is attrition-based: survive, recycle, and close with combat.
