This deck is a classic Mono-Blue Spellslinger Tempo Control list piloted by Talrand, Sky Summoner. The primary strategy deploys low-cost mana rocks and cost reducers during the opening turns, establishes Talrand on Turn 4, and uses cheap cantrips, interaction, and card-draw engines to build an army of 2/2 flying Drake tokens.
