Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Graveyard Reanimator strategy commanded by Teval, the Balanced Scale. It leverages rapid self-mill, dredge, and targeted graveyard tutors like Entomb and Buried Alive to fill the graveyard with devastating high-cost threats and utility lands. The commander accelerates this game plan by milling three cards and returning lands to the battlefield on attack, simultaneously generating 2/2 Zombie Druid tokens whenever cards leave the graveyard. The primary win condition revolves around reanimating oppressive bombs such as Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, and Archon of Cruelty as early as Turns 4-5 to cripple opposing resources. The deck then transitions into a decisive combat finish using mass pump spells like Craterhoof Behemoth and Overwhelming Stampede, or swarming opponents with an evasive army granted flying by Wonder. Supported by flexible interaction and robust graveyard recovery, the deck consistently outvalues the table.
