Homers folly 🦀 by Gen_Disappointment

Format: Commander

Commander: Homer, the Hermit

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Homer, the Hermit leads a Sultai typal strategy that weaponizes landfall into an escalating mill engine. By developing a critical mass of Crabs and kindred creatures alongside Ruin Crab and Hedron Crab, every land drop rapidly strips cards from opposing libraries. The primary game plan accelerates mana with spells like Harrow and Cultivate, deploying Homer to scale mill output based on your Crab count, doubled by Roaming Throne. When library depletion faces graveyard recursion or anti-mill tools, the deck pivots to combat through scaling threats like Uchuulon, Charix, the Raging Isle, and token swarms backed by Wonder and Door of Destinies.
