Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir combo-control build commanded by Vohar, Vodalian Desecrator. Its primary objective is to exile or mill its own library and close the game on the spot using Thassa's Oracle, Laboratory Maniac, or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. The deck utilizes enablers such as Doomsday, Paradigm Shift, and Selective Memory to instantly reduce its library size, while Vohar acts as an early-game looter and a mid-game recursion engine capable of flashing back critical sorceries. In addition to its combo lines, the deck features a punishing secondary strategy built around wheel effects like Windfall, Dark Deal, and Echo of Eons, combined with draw punishers such as Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Orcish Bowmasters, and Underworld Dreams. Anti-search pieces like Opposition Agent and Ashiok, Dream Render provide strong proactive denial against opposing tutors and fetchlands, rounding out a resilient and flexible game plan.
