Deck overview

This is a Simic sea-monster tribal deck helmed by Kenessos, Priest of Thassa, built around his command-zone ability to look at the top of the library and put a Kraken, Leviathan, Octopus, or Serpent directly onto the battlefield for {3}{G/U}. The deck pairs this repeatable battlefield-tutor cheat engine with heavy ramp and a dense top-deck sculpting package - Ponder, Preordain, Brainstorm, Scroll Rack, Halimar Depths, plus Kenessos's own scry augmentation - to keep big creatures on top when the ability fires. Once the sea monsters land ahead of curve, the deck wins through overwhelming combat: Spawning Kraken doubles the army with 9/9 tokens, Koma, World-Eater and Koma, Cosmos Serpent generate Serpent tokens and control the board, and Stormtide Leviathan/Serpent of Yawning Depths lock down combat. A Hullbreaker Horror plus mana-rocks loop offers an infinite-mana line into Kenessos dumping the library's monsters.
