This is a five-color cEDH combo deck helmed by The Fourteenth Doctor with Clara Oswald as partner. The Doctor's cast trigger mills Doctor cards and lets it enter as a copy - here, The Third Doctor - generating a Clue, Food, or Treasure token that Clara doubles, turning the command zone into a treasure-ramp engine and a growing beater. The real business lives in the 99: a dense tutor suite (Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Imperial Seal, Enlightened Tutor, Mystical Tutor, Worldly Tutor) feeding three interlocking win families - Thassa's Oracle + Demonic Consultation/Tainted Pact, Underworld Breach + Lion's Eye Diamond + Brain Freeze, and Food Chain + Squee, the Immortal/Eternal Scourge/Misthollow Griffin.
