Format: Commander

Commander: The Mindskinner

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue mill deck built around The Mindskinner, an unblockable 10/1 whose damage is replaced by each opponent milling that many cards. The primary plan is to attack with the commander from turn 3-4 onward, milling all opponents for 10 each turn (20 with Bruvac), while mass spells like Fractured Sanity, Maddening Cacophony, and Traumatize accelerate the clock. Bruvac the Grandiloquent and The Water Crystal are force multipliers that turn half-library effects into kill shots; a counterspell and bounce shell protects the finisher. Secondary redundancy comes from the Bruvac + half-mill combo and from drawing into multiple one-shot mill spells. The deck has no hidden commander; The Mindskinner itself is the engine and the pressure.
