Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Rakdos midrange build centered on Laughing Jasper Flint. It deploys aggressive outlaw creatures (Rogues, Mercenaries, Assassins, Pirates, and Warlocks) to turn the commander into a repeatable card-theft engine each upkeep. Supported by fast mana rocks and efficient utility cards like Prosper, Tome-Bound and Grim Hireling, the deck converts stolen cards into tempo and Treasure advantages. Payoffs such as Passionate Archaeologist turn cards cast from exile into direct damage, while Gisa, the Hellraiser and Rakish Crew provide board presence and life drain. The deck features strong creature-based interaction, including Opposition Agent and Dauthi Voidwalker, alongside efficient black and red removal spells. Its primary route to victory involves overwhelming opponents through stolen card advantage, combat damage from an expanding outlaw board, and incremental burn, closing games around Turn 8.
