This mono-blue deck revolves around The Watcher in the Water, converting card draws during opponents' turns into an expanding army of 1/1 Tentacle tokens. The early turns focus on establishing mana rocks and passive draw engines like Wavebreak Hippocamp and Pollywog Prodigy. Once the commander enters on Turn 5, instant-speed draw spells like Brainstorm, Brainsurge, and Thirst for Discovery trigger token production on each opponent's turn. As Tentacles trade in combat or get sacrificed to Ashnod's Altar, they untap your Krakens and stun opposing nonland permanents.
