Deck overview

Zimone, Infinite Analyst leads an X-spell and +1/+1 counter deck. The primary plan is to cast one X spell each turn, grow Zimone, and turn that discount into enormous hydras, token swarms, and draw spells. Secondary paths include Finale of Devastation as a haste-pump tutor finisher, Unbound Flourishing doubling X and copying spells, and Owlin Spiralmancer copying the first X spell. Zimone is a value engine and mana reducer rather than a required combo piece; the deck can still operate through Unbound Flourishing, Kami of Whispered Hopes, and Nev, the Practical Dean. The hidden commander is Unbound Flourishing, which doubles the scale of every X permanent and copies X instants, sorceries, and abilities.
