Deck overview

This deck is a focused Boros tribal aggro strategy centered on Mabel, Valley Hero. It deploys low-mana Mice on the first two turns, curves into Mabel on Turn 3, and uses Mabel's +1/+1 counter placement to trigger Valiant abilities across the squad. The deck builds a wide board of resilient attackers, scaling their power through team anthems, Valiant combat buffs, and token multipliers such as Caretaker's Talent and Anointed Procession. Decisive damage steps are unlocked on Turn 5 using explosive damage amplifiers like Shared Animosity, Warleader's Call, or Akroma's Will. A strong suite of instant-speed defensive spells like Dawn's Truce and Boros Charm shields the small creatures from opposing board wipes, while mass recursion from Raise the Past ensures rapid recovery if disruption gets through.
