Deck overview

Leinore, Autumn Sovereign commands a Selesnya midrange deck that merges +1/+1 counters with Human tribal synergy and the Coven mechanic. The primary strategy focuses on curving out creatures with distinct power values so Leinore can consistently distribute +1/+1 counters and draw an extra card each combat step. In the mid-game, the deck leverages compounding anthems such as Kyler, Sigardian Emissary, Sigardian Zealot, and Sigarda's Vanguard to transform small utility creatures into lethal attackers. Evasion enablers like Abzan Falconer and Champion of Lambholt ensure that wide boards connect past opposing blockers to close out games across two to three combat cycles. While the deck boasts resilient graveyard recovery options like Angel of Glory's Rise, it remains inherently vulnerable to mass creature exile and bounce effects. Without specific creature tutors, pilot success relies on sequencing creatures to maintain Coven thresholds while preserving instant-speed protection for key board states.
