Deck overview

This is a Jund Dragon midrange deck helmed by Wasitora, Nekoru Queen. The plan is to ramp into large flying Dragons, force through combat damage, and convert connections into 3/3 Cat Dragon tokens via Wasitora's trigger whenever an opponent cannot (or will not) sacrifice a creature. Supporting engines include Lathliss, Dragon Queen token production, Atarka, World Render double-strike anthems, the Dragonstorm bounce-enchantment package, and Dracogenesis for free Dragon casting. Secondary value comes from graveyard cast outlets like Rivaz of the Claw and Coram, the Undertaker, plus monarch and power-4 draw from Court of Bounty and Garruk's Uprising. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through airborne combat attrition and token swarms. Wasitora is a strong value body but not a required engine-the 99 already contains multiple Dragon payoffs and finishers.
