Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Grixis Villain tribal and discard-midrange list commanded by Norman Osborn // Green Goblin. Early turns focus on deploying unblockable threats and small Villains that connive to sculpt the hand and stock the graveyard with high-power payoffs. On Turn 4, transforming Norman Osborn into Green Goblin unlocks a continuous 2-mana discount and Mayhem for all discarded cards, effectively turning the graveyard into a second hand. On Turn 5, the deck transitions into critical onset by deploying discounted lords such as The Squadron Sinister or token generators like Living Laser, while wiping opposing boards using Archfiend of Ifnir. The deck defends its board with efficient phasing and redirection spells like Change of Plans and Deflecting Swat, closing the game over two combat cycles with massive flying attacks and mass reanimation spells like Behold the Sinister Six!.
