The War Doctor by user8899404

Format: Commander

Commander: The War Doctor and Clara Oswald

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Mardu exile-matters deck uses The War Doctor as its primary win condition, with Clara Oswald chosen as black to expand color access and double Doctor triggers. The deck builds time counters on The War Doctor by exiling cards through cascade, discover, impulse draw, and graveyard-hate replacements like Rest in Peace and Dauthi Voidwalker. Mechanically, effects that exile cards one at a time rapidly load The War Doctor with dozens of counters. The deck wins by attacking with The War Doctor to fire massive burst damage directly at opponents or key threats, amplified further with trigger duplicators like Isshin, Two Heavens as One and Windcrag Siege.
