Deck overview

Magnus the Red leads a token-rich Izzet spellslinger deck. The primary plan is to flood the battlefield with cheap token makers (Krenko's Command, Hordeling Outburst, Young Pyromancer) so Magnus discounts every instant and sorcery, turning draw spells and rituals into free chain fodder. The deck wins through the Dualcaster Mage + Twinflame infinite-haste-token combo, with a Searing Touch + Storm-Kiln Artist + Urabrask loop and a stormed-out Empty the Warrens as backup. Urabrask // The Great Work acts as a hidden commander: its front face ramps and pings while casting spells, and the saga back recurs spells and makes Treasure. Magnus is the cost-reduction engine; without him, the deck slows but still has a seven-mana Dualcaster line.
