Deck overview

This is a Dimir surveil-reanimator deck built around Mirko, Obsessive Theorist. It plans to surveil aggressively to grow Mirko's power, fill the graveyard with evasive, high-impact creatures, and reanimate one each end step. Secondary paths use direct reanimation spells (Buried Alive, Animate Dead, Reanimate) and Syr Konrad's drain triggers alongside Doom Whisperer milling. There is no hidden commander; Syr Konrad acts as a strong secondary engine, but the deck is not built around a double-faced commander. The list contains no infinite combo, so wins come from incremental combat damage and table-wide life loss. Mirko is the primary engine, though standalone reanimation spells keep the plan functional if he is unavailable.
