Notics - Feat. SCRAPS OF URZA by Boxer29

Format: Commander

Commander: Noctis, Prince of Lucis

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Esper artifact-token deck built around Noctis, Prince of Lucis. It uses early signets to hit WUB, drops Noctis, then floods the board with Thopters and Constructs from Thopter Spy Network, Sai, Urza, and Thopter Shop. Anthems like Tempered Steel and Master of Etherium convert the swarm into lethal attacks, while Noctis, Emry, Teshar, and Scour for Scrap recycle key artifacts from graveyard. Zur acts as a hidden commander, fetching Tempered Steel, Thopter Spy Network, or Bident. The deck wins by combat, with Marionette Master as a secondary drain. It is a value midrange build: consistent but not combo-fast, resilient through recursion, and vulnerable to artifact-hate.
