Commander: Plargg and Nassari

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-red cast-from-exile value deck. Plargg and Nassari provides the central engine: every upkeep it mills the table until each opponent reveals a nonland card, and lets you play up to two of the rest for free. Backup engines-Stolen Strategy, Etali, Bonehoard Dracosaur, Laelia, and Urabrask-create a second, overlapping way to convert exile into cards, triggers, and mana. Your plan is to out-advantage opponents with free spells, build a board of dinosaurs, demons, and tokens, then finish through Flaming Tyrannosaurus, Keeper of Secrets, or an Insurrection turn. It is a mid-speed, engine-driven deck that can explode once multiple exile effects are online. The commander is a value engine rather than a combo piece, and there is no hidden second commander.
