Deck overview

This mono-blue tempo deck is led by Vnwxt, Verbose Host, utilizing cheap, unblockable creatures to reliably deal combat damage and advance the Speed mechanic to Max Speed. Once Max Speed is achieved, Vnwxt doubles every card drawn, turning incidental cantrips and combat-damage triggers into an overwhelming card-advantage engine. The deck converts this massive card flow into victory through several synergistic avenues: draining opponents with Psychosis Crawler via wheels like Windfall and Tolarian Winds, triggering alternate win conditions with Twenty-Toed Toad or Triskaidekaphile, or swarming the board with flying Drakes from Alandra, Sky Dreamer and 8/8 Krakens from Ominous Seas. A supporting suite of countermagic, bounce spells, and defensive taxation like Propaganda provides adequate disruption to protect the board while the engine comes online. Without relying on infinite combos or fast mana, the deck presents a focused, highly synergistic game plan centered on combat tempo, card velocity, and hand-size payoffs.
