Commander: Zaffai, Thunder Conductor

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Zaffai, Thunder Conductor anchors a spells-matter deck that wants to cast and copy big instant/sorceries. The primary plan is to ramp through mana rocks, rituals, and treasure, then use cards like Apex of Power and Mana Geyser to chain high-mana spells, creating 4/4 Elementals and 10-damage triggers. Veyran, Swarm Intelligence, and Pyromancer's Goggles multiply those triggers, while Talrand and Metallurgic Summonings provide backup token engines. The hidden commander is effectively Veyran, the Voice of Duality, because doubling every magecraft trigger doubles the deck's output; Rionya and Rootha serve as additional copy effects. Wins usually come in one explosive storm turn, not through incremental combat.
