New Untitled Deck by GT2187

Format: Commander

Commander: Laughing Jasper Flint

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos theft/steal deck helmed by Laughing Jasper Flint, built to maximize the outlaw creature types (Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, Warlocks) that fuel the commander's upkeep trigger, which exiles the top X cards of an opponent's library - where X is your outlaw count - for you to cast. The 99 is packed with redundant exile-cast engines: Prosper, Tome-Bound, Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Rev, Tithe Extractor, Gonti, Night Minister, The Infamous Cruelclaw, and more, turning combat damage into card advantage and Treasure tokens. Wins come from incremental combat damage with evasive/deathtouch outlaws, Unstoppable Slasher's life-halving clock, Descent into Avernus's escalating burn, and Great Train Heist extra combats. A "crime" subtheme (Gisa, the Hellraiser, Vadmir, New Blood, Forsaken Miner) and sacrifice payoffs (Mayhem Devil, Pitiless Plunderer) round out the plan.
