Commander: Captain America, Team Leader

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Jeskai Hero-tribal aggro deck built around Captain America, Team Leader, a commander who turns every Hero cast into an immediate attacker: each entering Hero gains haste and vigilance, and both the new Hero and the commander grow with +1/+1 counters. The plan is to chain Heroes turn after turn - fueled by tribal draw like Jarvis, Earth's Mightiest Butler, Kindred Discovery, Black Widow, Agile Avenger, and Avengers Assemble! - then win through combat with force-multiplying payoffs such as War Machine, Avenging Arsenal, Captain America, Wings of Freedom, Coat of Arms, and Chronicle of Victory. Secondary reach comes from Warstorm Surge, Hawkeye, Trick Shot, Ghost-Spider, Gwen Stacy, and Mjolnir, Hammer of Thor. The deck has no infinite combos; it wins by overwhelming the table with a wide, counter-stacked Hero army and taking down each opponent in sequence.
