Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Gruul big-mana and ETB-copy strategy commanded by Etali, Primal Conqueror. The primary plan spends the first three turns accelerating mana through a dense suite of mana dorks, land-searching sorceries, and artifacts to deploy Etali on Turn 4. When Etali enters the battlefield, it exiles the top nonland card of each player's library and casts all four spells without paying their mana costs, creating immediate board presence and tempo. The deck then duplicates this trigger using copy spells and clone engines like Twinflame, Electroduplicate, and Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink, or pays nine mana and two life to transform Etali into Etali, Primal Sickness for lethal 11-power trample poison attacks. Anti-counter protection like Rhythm of the Wild and Autumn's Veil ensures Etali resolves, while Dualcaster Mage paired with Twinflame offers a compact backup infinite combo to close the game by Turn 6.
