Avoid Consequences by user5309064

Format: Commander

Commander: Obeka, Brute Chronologist

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This deck is a **temporary-effect manipulation** strategy helmed by Obeka, Brute Chronologist. The core plan is to cast spells and activate abilities that create temporary tokens, grant extra turns, or reanimate creatures with "exile at the beginning of the next end step" clauses, then use Obeka's activated ability (or Sundial of the Infinite) to **end the turn** before those downsides trigger, permanently keeping the tokens or avoiding the losing-the-game condition. The deck's primary win condition is the Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Deceiver Exarch infinite combo, which produces infinite hasty token copies that win immediately. Backup plans involve overwhelming combat through a massive board of kept tokens from Sneak Attack, Flamerush Rider, Rionya, Fire Dancer, and Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded. The deck is a high-synergy, combo-oriented build that leverages the commander as a unique enabler for value generation.
