Deck overview

This is a mono-red token-clone deck helmed by Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink, built to weaponize his activated ability into a burst-damage kill. The plan is to deploy a high-impact copy target - most often Terror of the Peaks or Purphoros, God of the Forge - then activate Orthion's {6}{R}{R}{R} mode to create five hasty copies, each triggering the original for a massive damage spike. The deck amplifies this with copy-multipliers like Rings of Brighthearth, Illusionist's Bracers, Lithoform Engine, and Panharmonicon, and accelerates into the expensive activation with rituals (Seething Song, Mana Geyser, Jeska's Will) and cost reducers (Ugin, the Ineffable, Ruby Medallion, The Fire Crystal). Secondary paths are combat beats from dragons and Eldrazi (Cavern-Hoard Dragon, It That Betrays) and treasure generation. The deck is a one-engine combo/value hybrid that lives or dies by finding Orthion and a copy target.
