Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Mono-Red artifact burn and aggro build commanded by Jaws, Relentless Predator. The primary strategy focuses on deploying Jaws ahead of curve on Turn 4, attacking immediately with haste and trample to create five Blood tokens on combat damage. Once these tokens are generated, the deck leverages Jaws's static ability—dealing one damage to each opponent whenever a noncreature artifact is sacrificed or destroyed—alongside potent damage escalators like Torbran, Thane of Red Fell and Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might. Additional artifact engines such as Academy Manufactor, Crime Novelist, and Krark-Clan Ironworks amplify mana and token production into explosive turns. The deck closes games rapidly through mass artifact sacrifices, noncombat burn triggers from Reckless Fireweaver and Ingenious Artillerist, or infinite combat steps using Aggravated Assault and The Reaver Cleaver. Targeted protection spells like Commander's Plate and Bolt Bend safeguard the commander during critical attack windows.
