Deck overview

This Esper deck is an artifact-centric midrange strategy commanded by The Borg Queen. It focuses on curving out mana acceleration, deploying Borg utility creatures, and producing artifact tokens via cards like Maturation Chamber and Locutus of Borg. The game plan culminates in resolving the 7-mana commander to steal key opposing creatures straight from libraries, turn them into Borg artifact creatures, and pump the entire collective with passive anthem effects. The deck wins primarily through overwhelming combat damage aided by evasion granters like Borg Scout Sphere and keyword soup from One, Borg Evolved. Its interaction suite features flexible exile removal and board resets that break parity in favor of artifact creatures, such as Battle of Wolf 359. While it lacks infinite combos or competitive fast mana, it produces resilient board states and consistent compounding value.
