Deck overview

This is an Orzhov (WB) enchantment-themed deck helmed by Killian, Decisive Mentor, built around the goad mechanic and aura synergy. The primary strategy is to deploy a steady stream of auras to trigger Kilian's ETB tap-and-goad ability, then draw cards when enchanted creatures attack. The deck uses goad auras like the Impetus cycle to force opponents' creatures to attack each other, while Eriette of the Charmed Apple and Scriv, the Obligator provide additional drain and control. The win condition is a slow attrition grind: either through combat damage from a large suited-up creature (often Kor Spiritdancer or Herald of Amity wearing many auras) or via Eriette's end-step life drain. The deck also packs mass recursion like Retether and Replenish to recover from board wipes, and pillow fort pieces such as Ghostly Prison and Sphere of Safety to deter attacks. It lacks fast combos or burst damage, relying on incremental advantage and goad to drain the table over many turns.
