Commander: Whtz, the Bibliophile

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a 200+ card "draw your deck" combo deck helmed by Whtz, the Bibliophile. The Rulebreaker ability lets the deck exceed 100 cards, and because the starting deck holds 200+ cards, Whtz's activated ability costs {0} - a free, repeatable draw-and-gain-life engine in the command zone. The plan is to deploy Whtz early, stack draw doublers like Alhammarret's Archive and Teferi's Ageless Insight, and draw through the entire library, finishing with Thassa's Oracle, Laboratory Maniac, or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. Alternate wins include Triskaidekaphile, Twenty-Toed Toad, Battle of Wits, and Approach of the Second Sun. A dense counterspell and protection suite - Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Silence, Grand Abolisher - shields the combo turn.
