Tom Bombadil runs a Saga value deck that wins by chaining Sagas into a wide enchantment board. You ramp, cast Tom, and play Sagas that add a lore counter each turn. When a final chapter resolves, Tom reveals and puts the next Saga into play for free, so you never run out of threats. You win most often with combat from Genesis of the Daleks, Kiora Bests the Sea God, Summon: Knights of Round and Hallowed Haunting tokens, with backup from Narci drain and Summon: Bahamut Mega Flare. Tom is your tutor engine and becomes hexproof and indestructible with four lore counters. Sythis, Harvest's Hand and Terra, Magical Adept act as hidden commanders for draw and the deck's only loop.
