Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis enchantment control strategy built around Lynde, Cheerful Tormentor and Curse auras. The primary game plan accelerates through dense 2-CMC mana rocks into a Turn 4 commander deployment, followed by establishing upkeep-multiplying engines such as Paradox Haze or tutor engines like Curse of Misfortunes. Once active, the deck searches out and layers lethal attrition Curses, including Curse of Thirst, Curse of Bloodletting, and Cruel Reality. Lynde, Cheerful Tormentor provides resilience and card flow by reattaching destroyed Curses to yourself and passing them to opponents on upkeep to draw two cards. Heavy finishers such as Wound Reflection and Grievous Wound drastically reduce the clock by doubling per-turn life loss. The deck defends itself using high-efficiency interaction like Deflecting Swat, Fierce Guardianship, and Deadly Rollick, while stalling attacks with Propaganda.
