Deck overview

This is a focused Izzet storm deck helmed by Prismari, the Inspiration, whose signature ability grants storm to every instant and sorcery you cast. The entire 99 is built to exploit that: a dense cantrip package (Ponder, Preordain, Serum Visions, Opt, Brainstorm) fuels the chain, a full ritual suite (Seething Song, Pyretic Ritual, Rite of Flame, Desperate Ritual) generates the mana, and Grapeshot plus Mind's Desire are the storm payoffs. The primary line is casting Prismari, then chaining spells - each one storm-copied - into a lethal Grapeshot. A secondary, commander-independent line uses Underworld Breach with rituals and Storm-Kiln Artist to loop spells from the graveyard into a massive storm count. The deck is fast, explosive, and single-minded, with light interaction concentrated on protecting its own combo turn.
