Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir midrange strategy that uses Krang & Shredder to exile opposing nonland cards and cast them for free. The game plan focuses on deploying early ramp and disposable permanents—such as Treasure, Clue, Food, and Mutagen tokens—to accelerate into a Turn 5 commander cast. Once Krang is on the battlefield, sacrificing any permanent triggers the Disappear ability, cheating stolen spells into play at each end step. Combat attacks on subsequent turns continually restock the exile pool with fresh nonland options from each opponent. The deck protects its commander with cheap blink spells and death-recursion auras, which also double as triggers for the Disappear ability. While it lacks infinite combos and nonland tutors, the deck closes games around Turn 9 by compounding stolen card advantage, wiping boards with Massacre Wurm or Blood Money, and executing lethal combat alongside a finishing Exsanguinate.
