Deck overview

This Bant midrange deck leverages Shaun & Rebecca, Agents to tutor The Animus directly to the battlefield on entry. By combining self-mill with legendary creature synergies, the deck exiles high-power threats into the graveyard and copies them onto cheaper legendary creatures using The Animus. Payoffs such as Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus, Ghalta and Mavren, and Koma, World-Eater rapidly build overwhelming combat boards. Backed by solid ramp, legendary-specific card advantage, and asymmetric board tools like Urza's Ruinous Blast, the deck steadily outvalues opponents and finishes the game through massive combat damage.
