Ojer Pakpatiq Mono Blue Spellslinger by Spicef

Format: Commander

Commander: Ojer Pakpatiq, Deepest Epoch // Temple of Cyclical Time

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ojer Pakpatiq, Deepest Epoch helms a mono-blue spellslinger control deck that maximizes card and mana advantage by giving instant spells rebound. The deck establishes early control using cheap counters, bounce spells, and cost reducers like Baral, Chief of Compliance before casting the front face of Ojer Pakpatiq. By rebounding card draw and untap spells, the deck generates runaway resources. It closes games through wide token boards from Shark Typhoon, Metallurgic Summonings, and Talrand, Sky Summoner, or by chaining spells into storm payoffs like Aetherflux Reservoir and Sentinel Tower. In the late game, Hullbreaker Horror provides an unanswerable soft lock on opposing boards.
