Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Esper Voltron aggro-control deck commanded by Jin Sakai, Ghost of Tsushima. The strategy leverages Jin Sakai's modal trigger—granting an unblockable Ghost strike or a double-striking Standoff attack whenever a creature attacks alone—to turn equipped threats into lethal one-shot damage engines while refilling the hand on combat damage. Supported by efficient equipment tutors like Stoneforge Mystic and equip-cost cheats such as Sigarda's Aid and Forge Anew, the deck rapidly equips massive payloads like Excalibur, Sword of Eden, Grafted Exoskeleton, or Quietus Spike. High-synergy multipliers like Bloodletter of Aclazotz and Delney, Streetwise Lookout amplify single-target combat into immediate player eliminations starting on Turn 4. Backed by premier countermagic, instant removal, and robust phasing protection from Teferi's Protection and Robe of Stars, the deck controls the stack while systematically dismantling opponents one combat step at a time.
