Deck overview

This mono-blue combo deck uses Urza, Lord High Artificer to turn every artifact into blue ramp and an outlet for infinite mana. The primary strategy ramps out cheap artifacts and casts Urza to generate enormous mana advantages or enforce asymmetric lock pieces like Winter Orb and Back to Basics. The main path to victory assembles infinite mana combos-such as Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal, Basalt Monolith with Rings of Brighthearth, or Peregrine Drake with Deadeye Navigator. With infinite mana, Urza exiles the entire library, winning the game immediately via Walking Ballista or Laboratory Maniac.
