You station Hearthhull by tapping creatures until it reaches 8+ counters, then each land you sacrifice drains each opponent for 2 while its first ability draws two and grants an extra land drop. The deck pairs this with landfall payoffs that build a board (Rampaging Baloths, Scute Swarm, Omnath) and sacrifice payoffs that add damage (Mayhem Devil, Mirkwood Bats, Mazirek).
