Deck overview

This deck is a Dragon Tribal Midrange strategy commanded by Tiamat. Its primary game plan is to accelerate its five-color mana base during turns one through four using efficient land-searching sorceries and cost reducers like Farseek, Three Visits, Rivaz of the Claw, and Urza's Incubator. On turn five, the deck casts Tiamat to tutor five distinct Dragon threats directly into hand, assembling game-ending synergies. On turn six, it deploys powerhouse threats like Morophon, the Boundless, Dragonlord Kolaghan, Terror of the Peaks, and Atarka, World Render to deal overwhelming combat and direct burn damage with haste and double strike. The deck finishes all three opponents by turn seven. A robust five-color removal suite featuring Crux of Fate, Farewell, Anguished Unmaking, and Leyline Binding controls opposing boards, while Teferi's Protection and Heroic Intervention safeguard high-value dragons against removal. Even without Tiamat, the density of standalone legendary dragons ensures continuous high-tempo threats.
