Deck overview

Electro, Assaulting Battery leads a mono-red spellslinger deck that functions as a mana battery and deterrent. Electro lets you store unspent red mana across phases and turns while generating mana on instant and sorcery casts. The deck plays a reactive game early, using efficient removal and card filtering to assemble mana engines like Braid of Fire, Storm-Kiln Artist, and Mana Geyser. Once a massive pool of red mana is banked, the deck unleashes lethal turns by chaining spells through Will of the Jeskai, draining life totals with Guttersnipe and Caldera Pyremaw, or firing an overwhelming Electrodominance.
