Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Midrange strategy that blends treasure ramp, creature control, and combat-focused attrition. Led by Olivia Voldaren, the deck leverages early acceleration like Sol Ring, Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, and Arcane Signet to deploy potent card advantage engines such as Black Market Connections and The One Ring. By Turns 4 and 5, it transitions into board dominance using formidable threats like Terror of the Peaks, Ancient Copper Dragon, Karlach, Fury of Avernus, and Twinflame Tyrant. Olivia Voldaren acts as a repeatable removal outlet and theft engine, turning opposing utility creatures into loyal Vampires. The deck protects its game plan with efficient redirection spells including Deflecting Swat and Return the Favor, while punishing opposing card draw through Orcish Bowmasters and Sheoldred, the Apocalypse. It consistently closes games around Turn 7 via overwhelming combat damage and burn.
