Deck overview

This mono-red aggressive Voltron deck pairs Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh with Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar to turn traditional single-target commander damage into a multi-opponent lethal burn engine. Because Rograkh costs zero mana and enters with first strike, menace, and trample, the deck establishes an immediate board presence on Turn 1 and follows with Kediss on Turn 2. The strategy focuses on stacking high-yield power pumps, double strike effects, and damage triplers—such as Jeska, Thrice Reborn, Fiery Emancipation, Unleash Fury, and Downhill Charge—to strike an open player for massive combat damage, which Kediss replicates to every other opponent. Free and low-cost redirection spells like Deflecting Swat and Bolt Bend safeguard the attacking commander against targeted removal. While vulnerable to mass creature sweepers and lacking enchantment removal, the deck executes a fast, consistent clock that routinely threatens the entire table by Turn 4 and closes on Turn 5.
