Deck overview

This deck is a high-octane Boros aggressive engine built around Commander Liara Portyr. The core strategy focuses on establishing early board presence to attack all three opponents simultaneously. When Liara attacks alongside your board, her ability exiles three cards and discounts spells cast from exile by {3}, generating explosive tempo and card advantage. This discount fuels a flurry of impulse draw spells, creature deployments, and extra combat phases via Aurelia, the Warleader, Karlach, Fury of Avernus, and Waves of Aggression. The deck leverages efficient protection like Flawless Maneuver and Dawn's Truce to keep its wide attacking force intact, while asymmetric blowouts like Delayed Blast Fireball and Vandalblast clear opposing blockers. Games culminate in overwhelming combat steps amplified by Akroma's Will or Neheb, the Eternal, eliminating the entire table around Turn 7.
