Deck overview

This deck is a Naya combat midrange deck commanded by Marisi, Breaker of the Coil. The strategy focuses on casting low-cost creatures early, resolving Marisi on turn 4 or 5, and attacking to goad all opposing creatures. Goaded opponents must attack each other, depleting each other's life totals while keeping your life total safe. Marisi also stops opponents from casting spells during combat, disabling combat tricks, flash blockers, and instant-speed removal during attacks. As opponents weaken each other, you build a wide board using threats like Spider-Man, Miles Morales, Ghost-Spider, Gwen Stacy, and Scurry of Squirrels. Finishers like Double Trouble and +1/+1 counter engines close the game around turn 9.
