Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Elemental tribal midrange engine helmed by Ashling, the Limitless. Ashling grants all Elemental permanent spells cast from hand an alternative evoke cost of {4} and creates a hasty token copy whenever a nontoken Elemental is sacrificed. This mechanic effectively doubles enters-the-battlefield and death triggers for high-impact threats like Mulldrifter, Cavalier of Thorns, Titan of Industry, and Avenger of Zendikar at a massive mana discount. Mana dorks such as Smokebraider and Flamebraider accelerate Ashling onto the battlefield by Turn 3, unlocking explosive value turns on Turn 4. The deck transitions into a lethal threat by Turn 6, utilizing doubled token generation from Omnath, Locus of Rage, myriad attacks from Mass of Mysteries, and overrun damage from Collective Inferno or Jubilation. While the deck lacks countermagic protection and instant-speed stack interaction, its dense creature redundancy, recurring card draw, and independent powerhouses ensure steady recovery and decisive combat finishes.
