Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Rakdos Dragon Tribal and Reanimator strategy commanded by Rivaz of the Claw. Rivaz acts as both a dedicated mana accelerant and a persistent recursion engine, enabling you to cast costly Dragon threats well ahead of curve and replay them directly from your graveyard. The deck leverages high-quality graveyard enablers like Entomb and Buried Alive to set up explosive turns, capitalizing on lethal ETB damage engines such as Terror of the Peaks, Scourge of Valkas, and Dragon Tempest. Game-ending plays frequently materialize through mass reanimation sorceries like Living Death or Patriarch's Bidding, which instantly flood the battlefield with Dragons and trigger overwhelming direct damage to wipe out the entire table simultaneously. Supported by fast Rakdos ramp, premium single-target removal, and free commander-based interaction, the deck presents a fast, resilient clock that demands immediate answers from opponents.
