This mono-blue deck leverages Neerdiv, Devious Diver to merge tap/untap synergies with graveyard-based card advantage and mill attrition. Neerdiv acts as both a self-fueling card draw engine and a scaling mill win condition. By casting cards with flashback, jump-start, and harmonize directly from the graveyard, Neerdiv rapidly grows while replenishing the hand. Auxiliary tap enablers like Relic of Legends, Kelpie Guide, and Vizier of Tumbling Sands allow Neerdiv to tap repeatedly outside of combat, milling opponents in chunks equal to its expanding power. Payoffs such as The Mindskinner, The Water Crystal, and Fraying Sanity dramatically amplify this mill output, threatening to mill out the entire table in short order. While resilient against mid-game attrition due to recursive spells, the deck remains vulnerable to targeted graveyard hate and dedicated creature board wipes.
